Our spaces
Shahbain Farms and Event Center boasts a variety of stunning spaces, designed to accommodate different styles and sizes of events. Our 3 Grand Ballrooms and 1 Smoke Lounge Ballroom, each with its own unique charm, can host up to 800 guests. These ballrooms are adorned with detailed gold trim wall appliqués, marble floors, and towering 25-foot doors, exuding opulence and sophistication. The outdoor areas feature a beautifully landscaped driveway lined with elegant palm trees, a serene pond, and a stunning fountain. Additionally, our property includes, perfect for ceremonies, receptions, balls, proms and photo opportunities, etc. Each space is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Privacy-Friendly Events at Shahbain Farms & Event Center
At Shahbain Farms & Event Center, we understand the importance of privacy and cultural traditions. Many of our clients, especially for Muslim weddings and religious celebrations, prefer to maintain separate spaces for men and women during their events. Our venue is designed to support this need while ensuring elegance and comfort.
Venue Features for Privacy
- Four Ballrooms with Soundproof, Foldable Walls
Each ballroom is fully separated with folding, soundproof walls, ensuring that men’s and women’s gatherings remain private. Every ballroom has its own front and back entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit discreetly.
- Dedicated Bridal Suite
We recommend booking Ballroom 1 for women, as it includes a private bridal suite for preparation and comfort throughout the event.
- Flexible Layouts for Men’s Gathering
For men’s events, we suggest booking Ballrooms 3 and 4, which also include access to our Middle Eastern lounge for a traditional and welcoming space.
- Divider Screens for Extra Privacy
We provide 6 professional privacy dividers (DURASPACE 8-panel room dividers, 6 ft tall) that can be positioned as needed within the ballrooms, adding another layer of separation and comfort.
- Optional Empty Ballroom Buffer
For maximum peace of mind, we recommend leaving Ballroom 2 empty as a buffer between men’s and women’s gatherings.
