Shahbain Farms and Event Center is the perfect venue for a variety of occasions, including corporate events and private parties. Our 3 Grand Ballrooms and 1 Smoke Lounge Ballroom, each with its own unique charm, can accommodate up to 800 guests. These exquisite ballrooms feature detailed gold trim wall appliqués, marble floors, and towering 25-foot doors, showcasing opulence and sophistication. The outdoor areas include a beautifully landscaped driveway lined with elegant palm trees, a serene pond, and a stunning fountain, ideal for wedding ceremonies, receptions, balls, proms, and memorable photo opportunities. Each space is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Included in our premier event center are about 30,000 square feet, perfect for hosting corporate events and private parties. Enjoy an 8 AM - 10 PM rental for the main building, featuring 624 crème & gold trim chairs and 78 gold trim tables in each ballroom. Our luxurious restrooms (2 per ballroom) ensure comfort for all guests, while ample handicap parking and VIP parking spaces are available. With plenty of on-site parking for 197 vehicles, accessibility is a priority. The gorgeous bridal suite in Ballroom #1 and groom spaces across Ballrooms #1, #2, and #3 upstairs provide the ideal settings for special moments. Each ballroom is equipped with 3 TVs, and free WiFi is available throughout the venue. The impressive LED lighting system in the 4th ballroom adds a unique ambiance. Two indoor prep kitchens (Ballroom #2 & #3) cater to all your catering needs, while the beautiful palm trees and landscaping enhance the overall aesthetic. Each ballroom features 5 stunning chandeliers and a grand staircase with upstairs seating, along with multiple small changing rooms for added convenience. Four Ballrooms with Soundproof, Foldable Walls
Each ballroom is fully separated with folding, soundproof walls, ensuring that men’s and women’s gatherings remain private. Every ballroom has its own front and back entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit discreetly, making it an ideal wedding venue.
Dedicated Bridal Suite
We recommend booking Ballroom 1 for women, as it includes a private bridal suite for preparation and comfort throughout the event.
Flexible Layouts for Men’s Gathering
For men’s events, we suggest booking Ballrooms 3 and 4, which also include access to our Middle Eastern lounge for a traditional and welcoming space, perfect for both weddings and corporate events.
Divider Screens for Extra Privacy
We provide 6 professional privacy dividers (DURASPACE 8-panel room dividers, 6 ft tall) that can be positioned as needed within the ballrooms, adding another layer of separation and comfort for all gatherings.
Optional Empty Ballroom Buffer
For maximum peace of mind, we recommend leaving Ballroom 2 empty as a buffer between men’s and women’s gatherings, enhancing privacy for your special events.
Our Small Building serves as a cozy and versatile event center, perfect for intimate gatherings, corporate events, and private parties. It includes two rooms: Room #5 and Room #6. Room #5 features 12 tables with 8 chairs each, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and an open area ideal for a dance floor or flexible event setup. Room #6 beautifully accommodates up to 135 guests as a wedding venue or ceremony space and also includes two bathrooms. Together, these rooms provide a private and comfortable setting for smaller weddings, receptions, or special celebrations. Access Time: 8 AM - 10 PM.
For corporate events and private parties with under 100 guests, you have two perfect options at our event center: Reserve Rooms #5 (Occupancy: 96) and #6 (Occupancy: 130) in the Small Building, using one for the ceremony and the other for the reception. Alternatively, you can rent one ballroom in the Main Building for your reception (Occupancy: 210) and use Room #6 for your ceremony (Occupancy: 130). Both options provide a beautiful and convenient layout for smaller weddings while keeping everything close together and private.
