At Shahbain Farms & Event Center, we understand the importance of privacy and cultural traditions, especially for clients hosting Muslim weddings, religious celebrations, and other events that require separate spaces for men and women. Our venue is thoughtfully designed to accommodate these needs while providing an elegant and comfortable setting for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
Private Suites for Traditional Weddings
For traditional wedding celebrations, we offer fully private suites designed for comfort and convenience. Each suite features a private side entrance for discreet guest drop-off and pickup, as well as a dedicated dressing room for the wedding party.
Four Ballrooms with Soundproof, Foldable Walls
Our venue includes four separate ballrooms equipped with soundproof, foldable walls that provide complete privacy between event spaces. This flexible design allows men’s and women’s gatherings to remain fully separated when desired. Each ballroom also has its own front and rear entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit discreetly. These features make our venue an excellent choice for traditional, cultural, and religious celebrations.
Dedicated Bridal Suite
We recommend reserving Ballroom 1 for women’s gatherings, as it includes access to a private bridal suite, offering a comfortable and convenient space for preparation and relaxation throughout the event.
Flexible Spaces for Men’s Gatherings
For men’s events, Ballrooms 3 and 4 are ideal options. These spaces include access to our Middle Eastern lounge, creating a traditional and welcoming atmosphere for weddings, religious celebrations, corporate events, and private functions.
Privacy Dividers Available
To provide an additional layer of privacy, we offer six professional-grade privacy dividers (DURASPACE 8-panel room dividers, 6 feet tall). These dividers can be arranged throughout the ballrooms to create customized layouts that meet your event’s specific needs.
Optional Ballroom Buffer for Maximum Privacy
For clients seeking the highest level of separation, we recommend leaving Ballroom 2 unoccupied as a buffer zone between men’s and women’s gatherings. This arrangement enhances privacy and provides additional peace of mind for your special occasion.
