Our event space is conveniently located in the heart of Raeford, NC, with plenty of parking options. Our central location also means that your guests will have plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Ballrooms #1-3 Weekday

Starting at $5,500

  •  Up to 8 Hours 
  • 8:00am - 11:00pm (Monday - Thursday) 
  • Cleaning Fee - After Caterer Clean Up
  • Onsite Manager 
  • Security Officer - 6 Hours 
  • Deposit $2,500 per Ballroom

Plus

  • $280 Per Additional Hour (If Needed)
  • $2,000 Damage Fee (Check Only) (Mandatory)
  • $90/hr Bartender Fee (1:75 Ratio)
  • $1,000 Minimum tab on the Bar (Cash or Hosted Bar) 
  • Additional Ballroom - Wedding Only (Ceremony/Cocktail Hour for 4 Hours) - $2,000

- Full-Day Rate: $1,000 (up to 8 hours)

Medium Groups (6-15 people)

- Hourly Rate: $200 per hour  (min. 2 Hours)

- Half-Day Rate: $700 (up to 4 hours)

- Full-Day Rate: $1,400 (up to 8 hours)

Large Groups (16-30 people)

- Hourly Rate: $250 per hour  (min. 2 Hours)

- Half-Day Rate: $900 (up to 4 hours)

- Full-Day Rate: $1,800 (up to 8 hours)
