All vendors must submit a vendor application with a credit card authorization form, for damages. If any damage occurs, we will notify the vendor within 2 business days, providing visual proof. The vendor then has 3 days to respond before any charges are applied. All vendors must include valid license (if required) , insurance (which will need to include Shahbain Farms and Event Center) and submit a copy of their ID for verification.

Caterers are responsible for all things food. Whether that is cleaning off the buffet lines, guest tables, or the prep kitchens and taking the trash out, that is on catering and their staff members. Mopping is NOT required.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured vendors. However, they must comply with our vendor policies, which include submitting a credit card authorization form and agreeing to our terms for damages and insurance requirements.
Wait until you see our space in person, a lot of decor is not needed. But if you must, we encourage you to get creative with your decor to make your event personal and unique. However, to protect the venue, certain restrictions apply. For example, open flames, confetti, and nails are prohibited. Please discuss your decor ideas with our team, and we’ll help guide you on what is allowed.

Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, we require all alcohol services to funnel through our licensed bartenders to serve and provide all of the alcohol and follow all state and local laws.
Option 1: Hosted Bar - The Bar financial responsibility falls on the client, with a minimum requirement of $1,000, plus 18% Gratuity. Also, our licensed bartender(s) is required, at a rate of $90/bartender, with 1 to 75 ratio.

Yes, we offer non-profit organizations hosting fundraising or charity events. Please contact us for more information about eligibility and discount rates.
The Client must be 21 or older to be contracted for any event.
By signing the contract, you as the client take full responsibility, knowing that all payments made to date is non-refundable, but transferable, up to 18 months.
This is the $2,000 check only payment, required 30 days before your event happens. We will not cash the check, if there ARE NOT any damages, after your event concludes or if the damage fee is paid 2-5 business days after the event is over. If no communication is had, then you as the client authorize us to cash the check, without a refund. Communication is KEY.
Absolutely! But it was to take place Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, based upon availability. For Saturday Rehearsals, it will be $200 per hour, and $2 per minute.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to hold on to items. We are not responsible for anything left behind.
