All vendors must submit a vendor application with a credit card authorization form, for damages. If any damage occurs, we will notify the vendor within 2 business days, providing visual proof. The vendor then has 3 days to respond before any charges are applied. All vendors must include valid license (if required) , insurance (which will need to include Shahbain Farms and Event Center) and submit a copy of their ID for verification.
